ACEPLAN Comprehensive Support Plans
The ACEPLAN is a comprehensive support
plan provided by American Computer Enterprises, Inc. (ACE, Inc.) It is
designed to cover nearly 100 % of your IT needs. It allows you to plan and
budget for your computer and network support needs without worrying about
excessive hours, travel charges, multiple invoices, and the other issues that
can arise with hourly billing. If you need ongoing support for your computer
and network systems, this truly is the best solution for your organization.
 The ACEPLAN will provide you with
support on a monthly basis whether it is via phone, on site, or remote
support. We will make certain your server(s) stay updated with all applicable
security patches, your anti-virus software is up-to-date, and your backups
are functioning properly. We will prevent and remove spy ware and viruses
that infect your PC’s. We will install and maintain any new hardware or
software that your organization purchases. We will perform preventative
maintenance on all of your systems in order to prevent costly down time.
 A predetermined number of hours will be
calculated and agreed upon by the client and ACE, Inc. prior to the plan
taking effect. The predetermined number of hours protects ACE, Inc. from the
situation of spending more time on site that would prove reasonable and
profitable. It also protects us from any emergency situations where the
predetermined amount of time on site is due to situations beyond the control
of the client and ACE, Inc. These types of situations include but are not
limited to fire, flood, and other disasters. For example, if a tropical system
were to approach the area, ACE, Inc. will insure that the client has taken
the necessary steps to protect their data and hardware resources. If we were
to spend an unusually large amount of time in addition to the normal ACEPLAN,
the client would be responsible for additional charges due to the severity of
the situation.
 The minimum charge for an ACEPLAN is
$300.00 per month. Remember, there are no travel charges, per hour charges,
or any other issues to keep up with.
